At Transform Together, we provide counselling, coaching, educational consulting, and facilitation that supports people to build a path through change. We believe that resilience and mindset really do matter, and that fostering a community that focuses on this is paramount to healthy, sustainable growth. Dannielle’s counselling services focus in two areas. First, Dannielle serves the Black community and all mental health and wellness related issues of the Black community in Ontario. Secondly, Dannielle serves the adoption community and all related issues related to adoption and permanence.
