DAFCAN is a coordinated digital portal and engagement platform for the African-Canadian diaspora ecosystem. Born out of a founding convening of diaspora leaders, organizations, and business representatives, DAFCAN aims to unify fragmented efforts into a single, searchable, and actionable platform.
The platform amplifies the collective voice and impact of the African-Canadian community — both domestically and in engagement with the African continent.
Our Mission
To build and maintain a digital platform and organizational framework that maps and connects the African-Canadian ecosystem, coordinates advocacy and engagement with government and international partners, provides shared tools and data, and enables chapters, working groups, and task forces to drive action.
