With 20+ years of experience in community health and school nursing, she now supports youth, women, and caregivers through breathwork, burnout recovery, and soulful self-care practices. Her work bridges clinical care with compassion, offering trauma-informed tools that reconnect us to calm, clarity, and creativity. Alisha believes wellness should be accessible, affirming, and rooted in deep connection.
